The Dawson Invests team organizes at least 3 events every academic year for all of our members to participate in. Our events include investment competitions, investment-themed movie nights, and more. Club members take part in these events to improve their investing skills, meet new people, and win prizes!
Dawson Invests' last event of the 2021-2022 academic year was an online investment competition! Participants got to buy and sell stocks using $10,000 in virtual funds from May 13, 2022 to June 10, 2022.

Dawson Invests' first event of the winter 2022 semester was an investment-themed movie event! We all watched The Wolf of Wall Street together and enjoyed free snacks and drinks. After the movie, attendees were able to chat with friends, meet new people, enjoy the refreshments that were provided, and learn more about Dawson Invests! Please note that this event was for entertainment purposes only. Dawson Invests doesn't condone illegal and unethical behaviour. The movie is rated 16+ in Quebec.
With $300 in total prizes, this was Dawson Invests' first investment competition! The competition was available to all Dawson Invests members. The competition started on December 6, 2021 and ended on January 3, 2022.
